kyorei: AIB randomness

So a pretty random question for commuting to AIB.

What do you guys do? I'm not that conveniantly near a T and will be living out in Malden and commuting by public transportation will take around 90 minutes or more a day.

Is there anywhere to park near the campus? I know they have paymeters in front but that's not too economical. Also I may be having to drive my roomate to his job on some days so I'd have my car with me and need a place anyways!

Thanks guys.

you can get a meter pretty easily as long as there isn't a game at fenway, but you have to move your car or just keep feeding your meter every two hours until you get to 6pm, then you don't have to pay the meter anymore. the meters ONLY take quarters, and each quarter gets you 15 minutes. if you find yourself at a broken meter, you only get to park there for an hour.

There's a parking garage right across the street that is 25 bucks a day? I think? There's another parking lot a little down the street that I think is the same rate.. I'm not 100% sure about the rates, since I only notice them on game nights and the signs say something like "$25 event parking", so I don't know if it's more or the same on a non-event day.

so yeah. basically parking in boston is okay but not fun. and if you're gonna be driving in on a game day, get there real early or do what you can to take the train.

I think the normal rates are like $25 a day, but game days you either a) have to get your business out of there early, or b) pay some crazy amount of money, I think anywhere from $30, up to $50 depending how close the garage is to Fenway.
